Why Skilling?
India’s youth, forming over one-third of the population, is a major part of the labour force. A young nation like India can gain more from its demographic dividend if its youth are skilled and employable. Proper skilling and guidance, especially for underprivileged youth, is essential to channel their energy towards economic growth and nation-building
What We Do
At HK STYLE Foundation, we enable youth from disadvantaged backgrounds to access skill-based training and livelihood opportunities. Through our Livelihood Programme, we bridge the gap between untapped talent and sectors with high employment potential. Youth are trained, empowered, and connected to meaningful jobs—transforming lives while contributing to India’s growth. Our efforts support the Government’s Skill India Mission and align with SDGs 4 and 8.
